This is the part where we get to know each other, how exciting!
A deposit of 50% to secure the project is required initially.
Every project begins with a no commitment chat about your project and what you're looking for. This can be done via an informal call/video call or an in-depth questionnaire.
I’ll ask questions that you probably haven’t really thought about before. I’m not being nosey, it’s just so I can get to the core of your business.
If we're all on the same page and feel that working together makes sense, I’ll send over a contract and a project proposal outlining the project and all of the deets!

My four stage process aims to streamline everything so you can concentrate on your business whilst I get cracking on your brand spanking new look.
This is the most important stage. Now I have all the info from our call, I’ll get to work researching your industry, competitors, audience and your positioning.
I'll then take this info and put together a brand scan and two creative directions for us to agree on. This helps with speeding the process up and minimizing any revisions along the way.
Once we have decided on the visual direction, you can pop the kettle on, make a brew and just relax while I get to work on crafting your new kick-arse brand.
When it's all ready, I'll send over a brand presentation with one concept for you to take a look at.
Whilst all design decisions have been based on answers from our initial discovery call or questionnaire and the research I have done, personal taste is important so you can let me know of any ideas and changes you would like to explore once you have received the brand presentation.
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. If you're still not completely happy after the set number of revisions, there would be an additional cost per round of amends.
This will all be detailed in the project proposal at the beginning of the process.
Once we’re all good to go and the remainder of the invoice has been paid, you’ll receive all of the individual files as well as a walkthrough on how to use your new brand going forward.
You’ll now have all of the tools that you need for you and your brand to take over the world!
I'll still be on hand with any questions or issues you have so you'll be able to contact me at any point.
This is where the remainder of the invoice will be due.
