Process

1. enquiry & getting to know you

This is the part where we get to know each other,

A deposit of 50% to secure the project is required initially.

how exciting!

To fully understand your business and your goals I need to know as much about you and your business as possible.

This includes, your ideas, business goals and overall vision for your brand.
Why do you do what you do and who do you do it for.
I'll ask questions that you probably haven't really thought about and that's not me being nosey, it's just so I can really get to the core of your business!

Every project begins with this and can be done via a in depth questionnaire, call or video call. After the call/questionnaire has finished, I'll send a contract and project proposal outlining the project.

2. RESEARCH & DESIGN

Now that I have all of the information from stage 1, I'll get to work on researching your industry, competitors and audience.

I'll then take this info and put together two moodboards of different
visual styles for you to chose the direction we move forward with.
This helps with speeding the process up and minimizing any revisions along the way.

Once we have decided on the visual direction, you can pop the kettle on, make a brew and just relax while I get to work on crafting your new kick-arse brand.

When it's all ready, I'll send over a brand presentation for you to take a look at and see your brand in action.

3. amendments

Every brand package that I offer includes at least 2 rounds of revisions.

Whilst all design decisions have been based on answers from our initial discovery call or questionnaire and the research I have done, personal taste is important so you can let me know of any ideas and changes you would like me to make once you have received the brand presentation.

If you're still not happy after the set number of revisions, there would be an additional cost per round of amends.
This will all be detailed in the project proposal at the beginning of the process.

4. sign off & launch

Once everything has been agreed and you are happy with the overall brand, I will put together the full brand guideline document for you to use going forward.

Once that has been received, all of the individual files and assets will be sent across to you so you have all of the tools that you need for you and your brand to take over the world!

I'll still be on hand with any questions or issues you have so you'll be able to contact me at any point.

This is where the remainder of the invoice will be due.
